Sunkonnect Group is a group of affiliated businesses operating across engineering and advisory, EPC and clean-energy project delivery, sustainability and ESG consulting, and clean-energy training and education, among other areas. The specific Group Companies and the services each offers may change over time as the Group grows, and are described on the Site and in the relevant service-specific materials rather than in these Terms.
References to “Sunkonnect Group” or “the Group” on this Site are for identification and branding purposes only and do not imply that the Group Companies are a single legal entity. Each Group Company may be a separate legal entity, and specific services must be governed by additional terms, proposals, or service agreements entered into directly with the relevant Group Company.
The Site is intended for business and professional use. By using the Site, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of any organization you represent. If the Site allows account creation (e.g., for training or course enrolment offered by a Group Company), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may use the Site to learn about the Group’s services, request information, apply for opportunities, or enrol in training where offered. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected platform operated by a Group Company;

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the name “Sunkonnect Group,” the names and branding of any Group Company, and all associated trademarks and platform names — is owned by or licensed to the relevant Group Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Site may link to third-party websites or integrate with digital platforms or tools operated by a Group Company or a third party. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or platform. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms.
Information published on the Site relating to engineering, quality assurance, EPC, ESG, climate, green-building, training, or other technical matters is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, engineering, financial, or legal advice. Any actual project, inspection, EPC, advisory, training, or certification engagement must be governed by a separate, signed agreement with the relevant Group Company.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
